Loan Type

There are several loan types you can search for:

Value	Description
Fixed	Fixed rate mortgage.
ARM	Adjustable rate mortgage.
Both	Loans that are both fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgage.

loanTypeCriteria is used to determine if you would like the result to be FIXED, ARM, or both. Passing FIXED returns only fixed programs, such as "30 year fix". Passing both returns programs, such as "30 year fixed + 30 year ARM."
