Mortgage Types

The Lender Price API has fields build in to deal with the following mortgage types:

Variable Loan Types

The variableLoanTypes field is required.

HELOC or Second Lien

HELOCs are priced with mortgageTypes: ["HELOC"] and the lineAmount/drawAmount fields; fixed home equity loans (HELOANs) use mortgageTypes: ["HomeEquity"].

VA Loans

Enter a value for the fundingFeeFinanced field if processing a VA loan.

USDA Rural Loans

Enter a value for the guaranteeFeeFinanced field if processing a VA loan.

FHA Loans

ufmipFinanced is required if processing an FHA loan.
